Dear Fourth Grade Parents,
I am excited to announce that the ‘Fourth Grade Morning Greeter’ program is once again starting this year! Please see below for important details regarding this program.
Beginning on Wednesday, January 17th and on a voluntary basis, fourth graders will begin opening car doors during morning arrival (via parent sign up).
Any student signed up for a particular day must be on campus by 7:30AM (or as close as possible).
If your child is acolyting on a particular day, please do not sign up for that Wednesday as their acolyte responsibilities will take place early and within the church away from morning dismissal.
Please only sign your child(ren) up for one spot per week to begin with. Once the signup’s have been fleshed out, interested students (via parent sign up) may fill in gaps that might arise during coming days with sparse participation.
Four total students will make up each morning “team” which equates to 4 sign up slots per day on the Get Connected website platform.
I am excited about the opportunity that fourth graders will have to greet all Lower Division students in the morning during this second quarter of the school year!
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Thanks!
Warmly,
Michael
